Meet Timenya
I became passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident in 2004 when I was learning all about working out at the gym and was approached for help by a fellow gym member. Now with 20 years of experience and certifications in NASM, I combine science-based training methods with a supportive approach to make fitness both effective and enjoyable. My goal is to empower you with the tools and knowledge to create lasting change—a healthier lifestyle.
