Payment for packages is due in full, prior to training sessions.
A minimum of 4 hours advanced notice is required to cancel a training session by either clients or a trainer.
Client session no-shows without notice will be redeemed as a session.
Refund request of unused package sessions will be considered when client has been advised by physician to discontinue training.
Session package expires in relation to the number of sessions in weeks. For example, a 4 session package will expire in 4 weeks of purchase.
